We used Newbury Design Architecture to design our extension. Will came up with three amazing design options to choose from and let us choose the one that suited us best. He submitted the planning and building regulation applications for us, and the process was stress free. The builder we used said the plans were very thorough and included all the latest regulatory information that some companies were behind on. We now have a beautiful spare bedroom and utility room that replaced our old garage that we never used apart from storage. Highly recommended.

William did the architectural survey, planning and building regulations for our extension, which was a double storey – adding two bathrooms and three rooms. This has now been completed. We hit a wall when the planners would not accept our application at the size we wanted, which would have made the extension pointless. Will put together a coherent argument that enabled the planners to accept the size we wanted. With a couple of reasonable adjustments, we were able to have our dream extension, which was previously looking impossible. Will completed the plans with ease and made everything simple and straightforward for us. He also added valuable ideas that helped us bring to life what we had imagined.
